General Provisions

Every visitor to the website must be confident that no one will misuse their personal data. Therefore, the trust of website visitors is of great importance to me.

The website's policy regarding the processing and ensuring the security of users' personal data on tichiy.ru (hereinafter referred to as the Website) complies with all the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation and common sense.

The website policy defines the principles for handling collected personal data.

1. The website owner receives personal data (hereinafter referred to as the Data) from personal data subjects in the following ways:

1.2. Receiving personal data from other personal data operators, provided that the subjects have consented, for the purpose of participating in general loyalty programs, promotions, or other campaigns.

1.3. Receiving personal data through the automatic collection of information about website visits using cookies, web beacons, and by analyzing the client's IP address.

Cookies are small text files that are transferred from a website to the hard drive of a visitor's computer. Web beacons (GIF files, pixels, or Internet tags) recognize the unique cookie of a website visitor's browser; their internet browser automatically transmits certain identifiable information to the website (URLs of visited websites, browser version). The client's IP address allows obtaining information about their location in order to provide more accurate marketing data.

2. When transferring their personal data, clients must take into account that the period of Data processing is not limited to the period of service provision and is stored for at least 10 (ten) years in accordance with the retention periods established by me.

In the client database, Data is stored until the purpose of processing is terminated (notifying consumers about new products, promotions, loyalty programs, and other activities) or until the client withdraws their consent to processing.

Data whose processing (storage) period has expired is subject to destruction, unless otherwise provided by Law. Storage of Data after the termination of its processing is allowed only after it has been anonymized.

3. Clients independently determine the scope of Data transferred to the company when filling out a form on the website or at other contact points with me previously mentioned in this Regulation, taking into account that certain services can only be provided if I have the corresponding Data.

4. The Client has the right to:

• receive any information from me regarding the procedure for processing their Data, including information on the availability of the Data, legal grounds, purposes, and methods of processing;
• demand that I clarify their Data, block or destroy it if the Data is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, illegally obtained, or is not necessary for the stated purpose of processing;
• withdraw their consent to Data processing at any time.

5. In the process of Data processing, the Website Owner ensures:

• provision of information to the Client upon request regarding the processing of their Data within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of receipt of the request;
• blocking or termination of Data processing upon the Client's request;
• destruction of Data upon achieving the purpose of its processing;
• registration and accounting in an automated system for processing inquiries from Data subjects, recording the core of the request and the results of its review, including the fact of providing Data upon request.

6. The Website Owner uses the Data for the following purposes:

• execution of purchase, sale, and service agreements, including those concluded remotely
• provision of information on goods/services, promotions, and special offers, as well as analyzing the quality of the service provided by the website
• maintaining a bonus account and fulfilling other obligations of the website under loyalty programs.

7. The Website Owner may send promotional and informational messages to the Client. If the Client does not wish to receive mailings, they can contact the Website Owner by phone. Service messages informing the Client about Orders, services, and work stages are sent automatically and cannot be opted out of.

8. The Website does not disclose the Client's personal data, except for providing it to agents, delivery services, and other third parties to the extent necessary to fulfill obligations to the Client.

8.1 The Website Owner recognizes and takes seriously their obligation to protect the personal data you entrust from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access. The website tichiy.ru uses a variety of security technologies and organizational procedures to help protect your data. For instance, the company implements access control measures, uses firewalls, secure servers, and encryption for various types of data, such as financial information and other confidential data.

To protect personal data, the Website Owner:

9. The Website Owner is not responsible for information provided by the Client on the Website in a publicly accessible area.
