How is the project work structured?
I break it down into stages: brief → prototype/structure → layout → frontend development → integration → delivery. After each stage, I show the result and wait for approval before moving forward.
What is required from me as a client?
Minimum: project description and feedback at every stage. Maximum: references, ready-made content, and access permissions. The more precise the brief, the fewer revision rounds needed.
How long will the project take?
It depends on the project type. Landing page — from 2 weeks. Template-based development — from 3 weeks. Informational or corporate website — from 4–5 weeks. Online store — from 2 months. I provide exact timelines after the brief.
How will I know the current status of the work?
I keep you updated via Telegram or email — I send previews, links to a staging environment, or archives for each stage. Short status reports are available upon request.
In what format do you deliver the results?
I demonstrate it on a staging domain (if it's a website) or send reports via Excel, Telegram, or email. All source files are handed over after the final payment.
How urgently can I contact you during the project?
Message me on Telegram — it's the primary channel. I respond within 1–2 hours during working hours. For urgent matters, feel free to call.
What tech stack do you use?
Frontend: layout from scratch, React/Vue as needed. Backend: PHP (Bitrix). Also handling integrations with Telegram bots and CRMs.
Can you modify an existing website?
Yes, if the code is readable. I review the project, then specify the timeline and cost. If it's legacy junk, I'll say so honestly and suggest alternatives.
Do you work with third-party layouts?
Yes. I accept Figma/PSD layouts and develop them pixel-for-pixel. If something in the layout lacks logical sense, I highlight it immediately.
How does the payment process work?
50% prepayment, 50% upon delivery. For long-term projects, work can be split into milestones with payment after the acceptance of each stage. Payment via card transfer or invoice for corporate entities.
Do you work with corporate/legal entities?
Yes. Registered as self-employed, I issue official receipts and work under a contract. Payment can be made to a bank account or card. Closing documents are provided.
What happens if the project needs to be stopped midway?
Completed stages must be paid for. Any unused prepayment is refunded. Everything that has already been developed is handed over in its current state.
